The problem

Equipment suppliers have spent four years in a sellers’ market. Order books are full, lead times are leverage, and list prices have learned to climb. Mid sized operators feel it worst: too small for OEM key account treatment, too stretched to run real competitive tension on every package. So quotes get accepted. Budgets get revised. Nobody calls it a negotiation failure. It’s just “the market.”

The commercial model

We earn when you save.

A fixed-scope diagnostic, priced to the size of the spend under review, opens the work. From there, our fee is a share of delivered, verified savings against your baseline. Savings are measured against documented current pricing or budget, agreed together before we start, audited together when we finish. Ongoing support retainers are available for clients who want us to stay close after delivery.

No savings, no success fee. We can offer this because it has never happened.
